BAKING AND GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat to 500°F with stone inside (and wire handles if you choose). Once the oven or grill is preheated, so is the stone. Dust the stone heavily and then slide the pizza off the paddle and onto the stone. Bake until cheese is lightly browned (approx 8-10 minutes). Remove the pizza using the peel or wire handles to lift stone out of the oven or BBQ.

HOW TO CLEAN BAKING STONE & WOOD PEEL

Never clean with soap or chemicals! For the stone, make a paste from equal parts baking soda and water and scrub. For the peel, use white vinegar to clean and disinfect.
